Exchange / Return Policies:
We offer a 14 day return/refund policy. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may send item back (at
buyer’s expense) for refund. Item will be refunded less 20% restocking/service
fee. Return order must be in the same condition as received. If an item received
was damage or defective, please notify seller within 5 days of receipt of item.
Defective items can only be exchanged for same identical item only. Buyer must
return defective item back to seller before a replacement item can be ship out.
Prior to returning any order, buyer must contact seller via email for
authorization. All return orders must include your item # and a brief reason for
the return order. Buyers must pay their return shipping charges. We will not
process a return order without this required info.
