The plastic cap of the retractable handle on Cobra RTS and Cobra XL might get broken

The plastic cap of the retractable handle on Cobra RTS and Cobra XL might get broken, the screws might fall off. .These two issues can be easily fixed by replacing the cap or screws. The screws we recommend #6 x 5/8" (16 mm) sheet metal screws. You can find the #6 sheet metal screws at Home Depot store. We have the plastic cap in stock, order if you need it.

There are two screws at the bottom end of the cap. The cap is fastened by these two screws to the tracks.

The steel sticks or rods are used to press the hinge to release the handle track.

Please make sure the tips sticks or rods sit in the "Steel stick well" on the cap before you assemble the cap back.

After secure the stick in plastic well, mount the cap back to the tracks again. Make sure the screw holes on the plastic cap and track align up well. Tighten the cap and track using the #6 x 5/8" sheet metal screws.
