Q. Do you have offer team discounts??

A. Please e-mail us your ZIP and quantity so we can evaluate a discount. Please check bag availability before you order with us, too.

Q. Our team has special colors. Can you customize bags to our colors?

A. Yes, we can! This order usually take about 3 ~ 4 months, depending on our shipping schedule.

Q. What is your turn around time?

A. We usually ship orders in 1 ~ 2 business day. Most orders are shipped out the day they are ordered. If you ordered the embroidery service, we need a few more days to process.

Q. Do you ship Express?

A. Yes, but we don't encourage doing this. Express shipping is extremely expensive.

Q. How do we order embroidery service?

A. During checkout, leave a note at the Paypal " Instructions to merchant" section. We embroider team names, player numbers, or player names (first or last).

Q. My bag's wheel/wheelhouses broke, what can I do?

A. Our new designed wheelhouses will probably last more than one year. We have wheelhouses in stock, though. Send us $10.00 to our paypal account bestbags@sbcglobal.net , and we will send you a pair of wheelhouses, hardware (nuts and bolts, washers), and an instruction manual.

Q. When can I expect to receive my order?

A. You can expect to receive your order within 5~7 business days.

Q. The Handle got stuck/broken. What can I do?

A. Read the repair procedure for the handle cap. If the track got stuck or locked, try to loosen two screws at the bottom side of the cap. Then, re-tighten them. Make sure the two screw holes line up well. This should fix the lock problem. Sometimes you have to squeeze some plastic film into the well to extend the steel stick pressing strength.
